Routifit Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Routifit handles information used to provide its Roblox outfit marketplace.
1. Information collected
When you sign in with Roblox, Routifit may receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, account creation time, profile URL, avatar picture and age bracket when the corresponding Roblox OAuth scopes are authorized. We do not receive or store your Roblox password.
If you use email security features, we store your email address, verification state and security events needed to authenticate changes. OTP codes are stored as cryptographic hashes and are not stored in plaintext.
Creators may provide profile names, icons, bios, outfit data, tags and promotion information. We store marketplace transactions, balances, saved outfits, views, sales and security logs needed to operate the service.
2. Roblox API data
Routifit may query public or authorized Roblox APIs to verify outfit item information, availability, group membership, group information and payout-related data where supported. API credentials supplied by the site owner are stored in WordPress settings and should be protected by the site operator.
3. Why we use information
We use data to authenticate users, display avatars, operate creator accounts, verify outfit availability, process unlocks, maintain balances, prevent fraud, enforce eligibility rules, provide payouts, operate promotions, maintain leaderboards and provide customer support.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be sent to Roblox when required to authenticate or complete Roblox-related actions, and to service providers needed for email delivery, hosting, security or site operation.
5. Retention
We retain account, transaction, payout and security records for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Some records may remain after account deletion where retention is required.
6. Security
We use access controls, hashed session tokens, hashed OTPs, verification flows and audit logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information where applicable by contacting Routifit. Some transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained.
8. Children and age restrictions
Certain Routifit features may require a Roblox age bracket or other eligibility check. We do not ask users for Roblox passwords. If you believe an account has been used improperly, contact Routifit support.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change.
